DIRECTIONS:

FROM HOUSTON: Take IH 10 West to Seguin. Exit on Hwy 46 to New Braunfels. At New Braunfels go North on IH 35 to the Hwy. 306 Canyon Lake Exit. Go West on Hwy 306 for approximately 12 miles to FM 2673. Turn Left on FM 2673. Go approximately 1 - 1/4 mile to red light in Sattler. Turn Right on South Access Road. RV Park will be 1 - 1/2 miles on Right next door to the Dam Red Barn.

FROM SAN ANTONIO:
Take Hwy 281 North. Exit on Hwy 46 to New Braunfels. Go approximately 4 miles to FM 3159; Turn left and continue 8 miles to FM 2673. Turn Right. Go approximately 5 miles to red light in Sattler. Turn Left on South Access Road. RV park will be on Right next door to Dam Red Barn.

No on-ground camp fires allowed - you can bring one above the ground fire pit only (call Comal county to make sure Burn Ban is off to avoid any ticket (830) 643 3748). You can bring your own BBQ pit as well.

2 Dogs max are allowed (certain breeds only per our insurance policy) must be on a leash at all times & clean up after. ($20.00 flat fee, $30 for 2)

Vehicles: 2 per site only; $10.00 flat fee per extra vehicle, extra vehicles must park in front of park by white fence where extra parking is on site map

Boats, jet-skis, & any other kind of tailors: $15.00 fee per extra, must park in front of park by white fence where extra parking is on site map

FULL PAYMENT DUE UPFRONT

Refunds - No refunds without 2 weeks notice

Cancellations - Any cancellations must be made two weeks before the start of the reservation. Reservations canceled within the two weeks will not be refunded. Any Cancellation before 2 weeks $15 fee.

3 night minimum on holidays weekends

No ATV's, golf carts, mini bikes, dirt bikes etc. You will be asked to leave the park if you violate these terms.

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 3 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 45 pounds. Dogs are allowed (certain breeds only) must be on a leash at all times. ($15.00 fee per pet)
